Dr. Cynthia Wong

The majority of non transplant clinical trials in the division are directed by Dr. Cynthia Wong with the help of Dr. Alexander. Trials on hypertension, bone disease in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, treatment of anemia and Vitamin D deficiency in patients with CKD are all conducted here.

Dr. Alexander is also Vice-Dean for Clinical Research and as such holds a key position in the re-engineering of the clinical research enterprise of the university through the Stanford/Packard Center for Clinical and Translational Research and Education (SPECTRUM)
