What We Do
The Pediatrics Academic Affairs Team support the faculty in the Department by:
- Safeguarding the integrity, fairness, and transparency of policies and processes affecting the faculty
- Providing a supportive environment where faculty can develop, flourish, and succeed.
Centralized service for the department
Act as liaison between Divisions and School of Medicine Office of Academic Affairs
- Navigate the academic review process, sabbaticals, PDL, etc.
- Faculty relations
Provide recommendations on rank/line and guidance on School of Medicine policies
