The Roadmap to Thrive

This lecture described the evolution of the American Board of Pediatrics Roadmap Project which aims to better support emotional health as part of routine care of children with chronic medical conditions. Practical ways to incorporate this into practice and learning environments will be reviewed, and linked to our local effort to build a comprehensive subspecialty embedded emotional health program in the Heart Center.
