Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Program

MISSION

The mission of the Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Training Program is to develop physicians that are clinically competent in the diagnosis and management of children and adolescents with rheumatic diseases and related conditions. In addition, we equip physicians with skills and knowledge to succeed in an academic health care setting. We encourage an atmosphere of life-long learning and professionalism.

ACCREDITATION COUNCIL FOR GRADUATE MEDICAL EDUCATION

The Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Training Program is a 3-year ACGME accredited training program. The first year is focused on clinical training and the second and third years are focused on research with continued clinical responsibilities.

APPLICATIONS

We are seeking to fill two position for the 2024-25 academic year. Applications should be submitted through ERAS. We anticipate interviewing applicants from August through October 2023.

LETTERS OF RECOMMENDATION

Letters of recommendation must come from three individuals including your current residency program director. 

NATIONAL RESIDENCY MATCHING PROGRAM

Our fellowship program participates in the NRMP. You may register on line at http://www.nrmp.org/ after the 2024-25 fellowship match opens. Dates will be posted on the NRMP website athttp://www.nrmp.org/fellow/schedule.html .

Please note that our program is unable to sponsor visas due to NIH training grant restrictions.
