Allergy & Immunology Fellowship

The Fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at Stanford offers sub-specialty training to prepare Medicine and Pediatrics trained physicians for a career in Allergy & Immunology. Our graduates go on to academic careers, private practice, and work in biopharmaceutical industry.

The first year is dedicated to clinical training. Fellows will see patients in inpatient and outpatient settings at Stanford Hospital and Clinics and in the Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. The second (and, optionally, third year) emphasizes research training in either the clinical or basic sciences.

Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship

We are committed to the education of future physicians in the recognition, understanding and treatment of rheumatic diseases of childhood. Lectures and interactive conferences given are a part of the educational program to inform the medical community of these under-recognized conditions in childhood.  We encourage medical students, residents, and other physicians to work with us directly in clinics and the inpatient hospital setting to better experience and learn firsthand what pediatric rheumatology entails. The Division of Allergy, Immunology, and Rheumatology at Stanford also currently offers an ACGME accredited subspecialty post-residency Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship Training Program leading to board-eligibility in Pediatric Rheumatology.
