Stanford Primary Care’s LGBTQ+ program provides compassionate, comprehensive, and unparalleled LGBTQ+-focused care to adults of the LGBTQ+ community. Our program is modeled on a patient-centered medical home anchored in primary care and includes specialists from fields including gynecology, ENT, plastic surgery, behavioral health, fertility, and endocrinology.

Our LGBTQ+ Program offers time-limited consultation with an LGBTQ+ provider for patients who identify as LGBTQ+ or PCPs can request to transfer a patient’s complete care to LGBTQ+ Primary Care.
