The Pathology Grand Rounds is open to those affiliated with Stanford University Medical Center and invited guests only. The objective is to increase knowledge in the field of Pathology. About the Speaker

 

Dr. Michael A. Arnold is a Professor of Pathology at the University of Colorado on the Anschutz Medical Campus. He is the Vice Chair of Anatomic Pathology and Vice Chair of Pathology Informaticist at Children’s Hospital Colorado. He split his Anatomic Pathology residency training between the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and the National Cancer Institute.  He subsequently completed a Pediatric Cancer Pathology Fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, and a Pediatric Pathology Fellowship at Nationwide Children's Hospital.  He is boarded in Anatomic and Pediatric Pathology as well as Clinical Informatics. Dr. Arnold’s research interests include pediatric sarcomas, and he is active in the Children's Oncology Group as a central reviewer for rhabdomyosarcoma studies.
