to Caleb Lareau, PhD
I am an academic researcher with formal training in single-cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, and statistics. My long-term research goal is to understand how tissues and our immune system develop and evolve within an individual's lifetime due to somatic mutations and exposures to pathogens. My expertise resides in the design and application of novel genomics technologies, including single-cell sequencing, with a focused interest on refining our understanding of somatic evolution in human development, aging, and in disease.
