Class times (PT):

  • Monday: 1:30pm (dance), 3pm (tai chi/Mandarin)
  • Tuesday: 10:30am (sit), 10:30am (yoga), 1:30pm (PD exercise), 2:30pm (tai chi/English)
  • Wednesday: 10:30am (chair yoga), 2:15pm (tango)
  • Thursday: 10:30am (sit), noon (tai chi/English), 1:30pm (PD exercise), 3pm (qi gong)
  • Friday: 1:30pm (dance)

Duration: 60 minutes except tango and dance, which are 90 minutes.
