Stanford-led Parkinson's Caregiver-only Support Group Meetings on SF Peninsula
Stanford is proud to lead six Parkinson's disease (PD) caregiver-only support group meetings on the San Francisco Peninsula. We welcome caregivers who live or work in these areas to join us:
Most groups meet in-person, in churches or care facilities, except the Daly City and adult child groups, which meet virtually.
Contact the group leaders about being added to the meeting reminder email list for these meetings. Our meetings are listed below.
Occasionally, our caregiver-only support group members are invited to virtual events. View recordings of these events.

Why caregiver-only meetings? Caregivers need to have their own support group meetings or gatherings because they need to vent, share, learn tips and resources, and receive support from others walking the same path. Ideally, a caregiver to someone with Parkinson's Disease can attend a PD-specific caregiver support group. Or someone dealing with Lewy Body Dementia can attend an LBD-specific caregiver support group. And so on.
