We hope to have this page updated by early June 2021.  Below is list of pre-pandemic exercise classes, with an emphasis on classes for those with PD. (We do not list classes if the instructor doesn't agree to share pricing info.) If you don't see anything listed near you, check with your local senior center for classes designed for seniors or those with disabilities.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, some in-person exercise classes have all gone virtual/online while others are on hiatus.  In lieu of in-person classes, check out our lists of live online PD exercise classes and PD exercise videos.

  • Aims to get the body moving through all planes of motion. Classes always begin with deep breathing and thoracic exercises to warm up the back. A mix of music is employed.
