Caregiver Support Groups for Parkinson's Disease and Related Disorders in Northern and Central California
Caregivers need to have their own private meetings — because they need to vent, share, learn tips and resources, and receive support from others walking on the same path. In the San Francisco Bay Area and other parts of Northern and Central California, we are lucky to have many support groups available for caregivers — both in-person and virtual. Most virtual groups restrict attendance to the local area.
This is a list of support groups for caregivers to those with Parkinson's disease, Lewy body dementia, and atypical parkinsonism conditions (multiple system atrophy, progressive supranuclear palsy, corticobasal degeneration).
