This list is for anyone in the PD community.  Highlights are the monthly list of PD webinars and notes from some of those webinars.  If you don't like receiving email in your inbox, we invite you to check out our blog where many of our emails are posted.

This list is for those who are caregiving for someone with Parkinson's Disease.  (This list is NOT a list to find caregivers you can hire to work in your home.)

This list is used to communicate with those who live or work in the Palo Alto, California area who want to attend our 2^nd Wednesday virtual PD support group meeting.  (This meeting is open to anyone in the community.)  Most of the speakers are from Stanford University or are discussing local Palo Alto area resources.  Recordings of the group's speakers can be found on the Palo Alto group's webpage.

Stanford runs six PD caregiver-only support group meetings on the San Francisco Peninsula -- 1st Thursday in Belmont, 2nd Tuesday and 3rd Thursday virtual, 2nd Tuesday in Los Altos (also meets virtually on the 2nd Thursday), 4th Tuesday virtual Bay Area (for adult children only), 2nd Friday in Menlo Park, and 3rd Tuesday in Menlo Park.  We use these lists to remind attendees of the meetings.

Stanford-led Parkinson's Caregiver-only Support Group Meetings on SF Peninsula

This list is used to communicate with those who attend our 2nd Tuesday evening virtual YOPD support group meeting.  The meeting is open to those who live on the SF Peninsula and were diagnosed with PD by age 50 or younger, and their family members.

This list is used to communicate with men with Parkinson's who live on the San Francisco Peninsula, who want to attend the 1^st and 3^rd Monday virtual support group meeting. 

Stanford resumes this support group meeting in August 2023 for those in the San Francisco Bay Area who want to learn more about this surgical treatment for Parkinson’s disease (PD). We use this list to remind attendees of the meetings.

APDA’s Connecting Through Art is a FREE creative arts workshop that offers people impacted by PD and their care partners an opportunity to socialize and learn basic art skills. Meetings are 10:30am-noon on the second Saturday of odd-numbered months in Cupertino.
