Intranasal Vasopressin Treatment for Social Impairments in Children With Autism

What is the purpose of the study?

We are testing whether vasopressin treatment improves social abilities in children with autism.

Who is eligible to join?

We are studying children between the ages of 6-17 years with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder.

Hypothalamic-Pituitary Disorders Biomarker Study

What is the purpose of the study?

We are currently recruiting individuals with hypothalamic-pituitary disorders to better understand the role of the hormones oxytocin and vasopressin in social functioning. 

Who is eligible to join?

We are studying children and adults between the ages 6-65 with a diagnosis of a hypothalamic-pituitary disorder (i.e. craniopharyngioma, langerhans cell histiocytosis, germ cell tumor, and glioma).

Healthy Controls

What is the purpose of the study?

We are currently recruiting healthy individuals for a variety of research studies to better understand the role of the hormones oxytocin and vasopressin in social functioning. 

Who is eligible to join?

We are studying children and adults between the ages of 6-65 years.
