Wellness Classes
Take care of your mind and body. Our wellness classes, designed for cancer and neuroscience patients, focus on balance, strength, and relaxation. These classes also provide an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences.
Classes are free and open to the community. All ability levels are welcome.
Psychosocial Cancer Care Program
It is very common for people with cancer to experience a range of feelings such as worry, grief, or hopelessness. If you are facing challenging medical decisions, stress on relationships, or insomnia, the Psychosocial Oncology team is here to listen.
