When you call Stanford Health Care, please ask specifically for the Stanford Pain Management Center so you are directed to the correct clinic.
Our clinic requires a referral from your doctor before we can schedule your appointment. Your referring provider can send the referral and any relevant medical records to our clinic.
We provide care at several locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. Services may vary by location, but each clinic follows the same team-based approach to pain care.
Second Opinions
Some patients come to Stanford for a second opinion about their pain condition.
If you are seeking a second opinion, please mention this when scheduling your appointment. Bringing previous medical records and imaging results can help our team review your case.
