Fellow Life

Fellow Wellness Curriculum

Fellows engage in a year long fellow wellness curriculum run by the pain psychology and physical therapy faculty to help fellows develop and engage in mindfulness and self-care strategies that they can carry forth on a daily basis and their future careers. Fellows get a chance to have protected time to reflect and process their clinical work over dinner.

Social Activities

The Division of Pain Medicine hosts numerous social events throughout the year, including a division Christmas party, potlucks, happy hours, fellow welcome reception, American Academy of Pain Medicine (AAPM) reception and more to encourage fellows, faculty, clinic staff, researchers and loved ones to relax after work and get to know one another.

Fellow Social Activities

The division supports social activities organized by the fellows of their choice each year, including dinners and more; examples this year along include an Escape-the-Truck event, numerous dinners, and even an Ice-Cream Get Together.
