Orthopaedic Trauma Research

Stanford’s Orthopaedic Trauma Research Services aims to advance patient care through high quality research in clinical, surgical, and basic sciences.  Our team of fellowship trained orthopaedic trauma surgeons are specialized in treating multiple fracture types, polytraumas, fractures with delayed healing, or cases requiring reconstruction.   

When it comes to research, our team has published numerous articles that have appeared in prestigious peer-reviewed journals and presented at major conferences like OTA, AAOS, and others.

With our integrated team of physicians, specialists, residents, fellows, students, and research staff, we are committed to pushing the boundaries orthopaedic trauma research. 

Research Focus

The Orthopaedic Trauma Service (OTS) provides the highest quaility care. Patient recovery and well-being are at the center of the service's mission.  

OTS focuses on the treatment of musculoskeletal trauma including pelvis and acetabular fractures, Polytrauma, post-traumatic reconstruction, and hip & pelvis reconstruction.
