Women in Ophthalmology
Working with our Department Chair, Dr. Jeffrey Goldberg, both Drs. Andrea Kossler and Carolyn Pan have facilitated numerous mentorship events for residents and faculty, including panels on career choices and development in ophthalmology, and working sessions to review and build CVs.
Dr. Pan serves as the Associate Residency Program Director for the Byers Eye Institute at Stanford.
Dr. Kossler was elected to the Women In Ophthalmology Board of Directors in 2022.
