All participants must be ophthalmology residents enrolled in a program and PGY1-4. Preference will be given to PGY2 residents.

This 3-day (2-night) intensive, in-person mentorship program focuses on topics relevant to ophthalmology residents from the lens of those who are, broadly defined, underrepresented in medicine.

All ophthalmology residents are welcome to apply. We do not discriminate on the basis of differences in age, ability, gender identity and expression, ethnicity, race, socioeconomic status, religion, immigration status, or sexual orientation.
