Having been sheltering in place since mid-March, our local community is eager to return to some form of normal life outside their homes. But in the absence of an effective vaccine and treatment options, what will the “new normal” look like? What kinds of changes can we expect to see when we seek routine healthcare, return to school (K-12 and higher education), or return to work? This second community virtual town hall event, organized by the Stanford School of Medicine Office of Community Engagement, brings together Stanford researchers, administrators, and local leaders to share their work on preparing the public to return to normalcy safely in the age of coronavirus.
