ELEVATE

ELEVATE is a 4-month cohort experience for recently-appointed chiefs that will run from late October 2024 to early February 2025. Every session will meet in-person for approximately 1.5 to 2.5 hours, including lunch. To participate, please contact Rania Sanford, EdD, PCC

ELEVATE is intended to provide critical knowledge and skills, along with an invaluable opportunity to get to know and meet with key department, school, and system-level leaders. The program will be designed to facilitate the formation of a community of Chiefs. Program topics include: working with your Department Chair, the Dean’s Office, and the Hospitals; financial management; faculty recruitment, reappointment and promotion; faculty support and performance; and, strategic planning resources at Stanford Medicine.
