Nuclear Oncology Fellowship
Welcome to the Nuclear Oncology Fellowship training program at Stanford University. We strive to educate the next generation of worldwide leaders in academic and clinical theragnostics. The program includes education in basic sciences, diagnostic imaging and therapy as they relate to Nuclear Oncology. In particular, there is holistic education related to clinical management of theragnostic patients with a focus on integrating radiopharmaceutical therapies with other cancer therapies. Ample research opportunities are provided to take advantage of resources such as the Molecular Imaging Program at Stanford (MIPS) and the Research PET/MRI Program at Stanford. Clinical training takes place at Stanford Health Care, Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital at Stanford and the VA Palo Alto Health Care System. At the end of the fellowship, trainees are encouraged to successfully sit for the ABNM examinations.
