REGISTRATION INCLUDES
Course program booklet, access to surgical video library and didactic materials (www.skullbaseatlas.com), 10+ hours of hands-on dissection on injected specimens, ICA injury simulation, live surgery demonstration, and course-related meals and social events.
 

STANFORD HEALTH CARE OR OBSERVERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES: 
OR observerships may be available starting the week of August 3, subject to Stanford Health Care approval. Applicants must complete the Stanford Health Care Visiting Observer Packet and submit all materials 3–4 months prior to the course start date. A physician’s note or medical records verifying all applicable medical requirements are up to date is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee equal to five percent (5%) of the total registration fee. Accordingly, registrants will not receive a full (100%) refund of amounts paid. Please refer and follow all registration prompts for full details.
