Vestibular Neurology Fellowship
Emphasis: The Stanford Vestibular Neurology Fellowship is a 6- to 12-month program designed for board-eligible or board-certified neurologists seeking advanced training in the diagnosis, treatment, and research of dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders. Based within the multidisciplinary Stanford Vestibular Balance Disorders Program, this fellowship offers an immersive clinical experience with structured rotations and collaborative care alongside leaders in neurology, otolaryngology, audiology, physical therapy, and psychiatry.
Fellows will gain experience evaluating complex vestibular presentations, contribute to cutting-edge research, and help educate residents and students. The program emphasizes evidence-based care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and academic development, preparing fellows for careers in academic medicine or advanced clinical practice.

- Neuro-ophthalmology
- Headache and Migraine Disorders
- Psychiatry (with focus on functional neurologic disorders and PPPD)
- Surgical Neuro-otology (with the Department of Otolaryngology)
Research and Teaching
Fellows are encouraged to participate in clinical research, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary teaching. Opportunities exist to present at national meetings and co-author peer-reviewed publications.

Eligibility
- Completion of a neurology residency
- Board-eligible or board-certified in neurology by fellowship start date
