Conference Room Calendar (E165B)

The Conference Room can by IDP students, faculty, staff, and affiliates for things like qualifying exams, thesis committee meetings, or other program-related meetings. Please follow the instructions above to reserve the room.

The Conference Room can also be used as an additional mental well-being space on a first-come basis for all Stanford Neurosciences IDP, MCBT, and NeuroTech students. You may block time for rest, quietness, prayers, therapy sessions, and any other mindfulness activity you need in your life. Reservations are not needed for these purposes, but you are encouraged to check the calendar to know when it is likely to be available. You can block time by writing “In Use” on the paper calendar located outside the conference room. When using the room, please turn on the sound machine, flip the sign to indicate that you are using the room and would appreciate quietness, and close the doors. Please be mindful that this is a shared space and only block time you will use, and review the "House Rules" document related to this use here. Happy mindfulness!
