Fostering a Neuro-Inclusive Workplace at Wells Fargo

Learning objectives:

  • Participants will gain an understanding of the core components that drive the success of the Wells Fargo Neurodiversity Program
  • Participants will be provided with a detailed overview of the Neurodiversity Program Coaching support model-successful practices and lessons learned
  • Participants will be engaged in a conversation focused on addressing systemic considerations associated with creating a more neuro-inclusive work environment

 

David Cambronne 

For over 26 years David has leveraged his expertise in human behavior to drive personal and organizational transformation at Wells Fargo.  He has led and managed in a wide variety of roles including Human Resources, Employee Assistance Program management, Talent Development, and Organizational Effectiveness.  Currently David is the Coaching Lead for Wells Fargo’s Neurodiversity Program- a program that has been in existence since April 2020. To date, the program has hired over 300 individuals that self-identify as neurodivergent with a 98% retention rate YTD.  David is also an executive coach focusing on leaders transitioning from management committee level roles to C-Suite roles. In addition to leading specialized teams throughout his career, David has presented and written on a wide variety of topics exploring the relationship between human behavior, workplace productivity, and engagement. David holds a Master of Psychology degree from the University of St. Mary’s-Minnesota with additional post-Master’s certification in Marriage and Family Therapy. Prior to that, David received his B.A. in psychology and communication from the University of MN-Duluth. David is a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of MN and a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Over the last several years David has done extensive education in the areas of trauma recovery, change management, mindfulness, and cognitive resiliency.
