Stanford Neurodiversity Project - Research, Education, and Advocacy Camp for High Schoolers (SNP-REACH)

Testimonials

I had an amazing experience during my time at SNP and had made many new friends, from whom I gained many different perspectives on neurodiversity.
This was an incredible experience and I am honored to have been a part of it! A huge thank you to the camp directors, faculty lecturers, and counselors. I will never forget my time at camp.
The experience was amazing over the last two weeks with all people in the camp. We learnt a lot but most importantly we understood the community of the neurodivergent people better in a more systematic and thorough way. I would definitely bring back what I learnt back to Beijing to try to leverage the advocacy there in a better way!!

SNP-REACH healed me. It excelled in purity, goodness, kindness, generosity, philanthropy, and other good traits. I cast my negative sense of self away and embraced a positive, optimistic sense of self. The interactions among the camp members were very productive and mutually beneficial. I am very grateful for my experiences during this camp.

I just want to express my gratitude for allowing me to participate in such an amazing program. I’ve learned more than I ever imagined and can’t wait to implement ideas from SNP-REACH to my school and community! I’m looking forward to working with my team until we get our website published and pamphlet(s) organized. Thank you Dr. Fung and all the wonderful camp leaders!!!!!!!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed the lectures and the research projects that I completed with my group! I would like to thank Dr. Fung, Erica, all the camp leaders, and my peers for an unforgettable two weeks at SNP-REACH!

I don’t have any other comments other than the fact that this was an amazing camp and I’m so lucky I got to be a part of it. It’s changed my life!

I genuinely had the most life-changing and fantastic experience at the camp and with my team! I cannot thank Dr. Fung and the Group D leaders enough!
