Empower to Employment (E2E): Training and Resources for Success in the Workplace

Empower to Employment (E2E): Training and Resources for Success in the Workplace are materials designed to help job coaches, employment specialists, employers, and families of neurodiverse/neurodivergent individuals. These resources build awareness about neurodiversity, provide guidance on work preparation, and share practical support strategies grounded in research and real-life experiences.

E2E was developed by the Stanford Neurodiversity Project research team in collaboration with neurodivergent individuals and their communities, and it centers on the strength-based approach. It provides bite-size, online, self-paced training materials for anyone helping neurodivergent individuals succeed at work or prepare for employment.

E2E has three versions: E2E 1.0, E2E 1.1, and E2E 2.0:

E2E 1.0

Interested users can access E2E 1.0 free online by clicking the buttons below.

E2E 1.1

E2E (1.1) builds on the content of E2E (1.0), adding five supplementary modules designed to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in the workplace. These modules cover essential knowledge and practical strategies for addressing behavioral challenges, emotional regulation, and more.
