Visiting Observer Program
The Division of Musculoskeletal Imaging Visitors Program offers the opportunity for physicians, residents, fellows, and medical students from all over the world to come to Stanford and observe clinical services performed by 11 full-time faculty and four fellows.
The amount of time spent at Stanford varies by visitor with the average visit lasting one month. During this time, the visitor observes read outs and potentially procedures. The visitor may also attend the various conferences and lectures.
Clinical services take place at Stanford Health Care Hospital and the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center in Redwood City, which is home to the Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine outpatient clinics.
