Caroline Fairchild is editor at large for LinkedIn News. She is also the host of LinkedIn News Live, a daily show on the most pressing topics facing the world of business. The writer of “Working Together,” an award-winning newsletter with more than 200,000 subscribers, Fairchild reports on the prominent voices, trends, and issues facing the future of work and equity in the workplace. 

Previously Fairchild was a business reporter at Fortune Magazine, where she founded “The Broadsheet,” a popular daily newsletter on women in business. Over the span of her career, she has interviewed executives from the largest U.S. companies, such as Citi CEO Jane Fraser, CVS Health CEO Karen Lynch, and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. She has also interviewed visionaries across industries including philanthropist Melinda Gates, investor Warren Buffett, and entertainer Pitbull. She was honored on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in 2018 as one of the brightest young minds working in media. She is a member of the Board of Visitors at Duke’s Fuqua School of Business and is a graduate of Duke University, where she was a Robertson Scholar.
