Bruce Stocker Memorial Lecture
The Stocker Memorial Lecture is dedicated to the memory and contributions of the late Bruce A.D. Stocker, MD.
This annual lecture is in honor of Dr. Stocker who researched Salmonella bacteria helping to develop more effective vaccines. Bruce Stocker spent 38 years at Stanford as an educator, researcher, professor and as chair of the microbiology and immunology department from 1976 to 1981.
