Fallen Leaf Lake
Annual department conference for graduate students, postdocs , faculty and staff in Microbiology & Immunology. This event provides invaluable engagement and connection including presentations, a poster session, invited keynote speakers, alumni career panel, breakout sessions, and social events.
First year students use this opportunity to get to know their classmates and fellow graduate students, as well as to learn more about faculty and lab research interests. This gives our students the advantage of familiarizing themselves with the variety of research offered in the program, while remaining close to one area they may continue studying for thesis research.
