Community Engagement
We need CONNECTION— social connection and sense of purpose are closely tied to wellbeing and longevity.
At the Menopause and Healthy Aging Program at Stanford University, we believe in the power of community. We are dedicated to engaging with and supporting women through all stages of menopause.
Our program offers a variety of resources, seminars, and outreach activities designed to educate, empower, and connect people of various backgrounds. By fostering a supportive and informed community, we aim to enhance well-being and promote a better understanding of menopause and healthy aging.
Join us in our mission to create a network where we can share experiences, gain knowledge, and thrive together.
Health Matters 2025 | Stanford Community Health Fair
Our program was delighted to be featured at Health Matters 2025 | Stanford's Annual Community Health Fair!
We shared educational resources, presented a Health Talk, answered questions about menopause and healthy aging, and engaged attendees with interactive activities focused on midlife wellness. It was a wonderful opportunity to raise awareness and spark conversation around this important stage of life.
