About Our Program

Welcome to the Menopause and Healthy Aging Program at Stanford University, where we are dedicated to advancing the health and well-being of people through all stages of menopause and beyond. Our program combines cutting-edge research, expert clinical care, and comprehensive education to support people navigating the physical, emotional, and social changes that accompany menopause.

We are proud to have a team of NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioners (NCMP). This prestigious certification, awarded by the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), ensures that our providers have demonstrated their expertise and commitment to high-quality care for patients during menopause and beyond.

Additionally, our program houses the Menopause Collaborative of Practice, a community of multidisciplinary thought leaders committed to improving menopause at Stanford, ensuring integrated excellence across varied teams of specialists.

We offer a range of clinical services including hormone therapy management, lifestyle counseling, and symptom relief strategies, all grounded in the latest scientific evidence.

In addition to clinical services, our program is at the forefront of menopause research. We collaborate with leading institutions to explore innovative treatments and interventions, ensuring our patients benefit from the most current advancements in the field.

Education is a cornerstone of our program. We provide resources and support for both patients and healthcare professionals, aiming to increase awareness and understanding of menopause. Through workshops, seminars, and community outreach, we strive to empower with knowledge and tools to manage their health proactively.

Join us in our mission to enhance the quality of life for our patients and broader community through exceptional care, research, and education.
