IMPORTANT: Due to a recent reduction in staffing, Medscheduler will no longer be able to accommodate requests with less than one week's notice. If this is a last-minute request, please look for an alternate location.
Medscheduler has various forms available to accommodate every stage of space reservation needs.

- Request Classrooms and Resources for AY27 (EITHER Autumn: August 24, 2026 - December 18, 2026 OR Winter: January 4 - March 28, 2027)
- Change a Classroom Reservation
- Cancel a Classroom Reservation
Organizations requesting space should allow a minimum 7 days for evaluation of proposed events. Large events require up to 3+ weeks.
