Clinical Translational Projects Throughout the Years

The aim of the “Clinical Translational Project” rotation is for the resident to demonstrate organization, leadership, depth of understanding of medical physics principles and an ability to interact and collaborate with several different groups both within and outside radiation oncology (depending on the project).  The actual project will be determined on clinical need.  The resident will be asked to assume the lead role, including education, acceptance testing, commissioning and quality assurance as appropriate.  Sufficient guidance and oversight will be given throughout the project.
