*Trainee: Individuals shall be a student, a post-doctor, a resident, or a fellow in a training program.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received in writing before September 9th, 2023 will be fully refunded (less a cancellation fee of $10.00). Those received between September 10th and October 31st, 2023 will be refunded at 90% of the total. No refunds will be given after October 31st, 2023.
Food
We will be serving lunch on the first day and breakfast and lunch on the second day. There will be coffee and water available throughout both days. For any allergens, please email jmakim@stanford.edu before October 31st, 2023.
