| Stanford Faculty/Staff (must register with stanford.edu email address) | $150 |
| Student/Trainee (must upload student/trainee ID) | $100 |

Cancellation Policy
| Prior to March 1, 2018: |
Registration will be refunded, minus $25 cancellation fee |
| Between March 1 - April 13, 2018: |
Only half of registration fee will be refunded |
| After April 13, 2018: | Registration fee will not be refunded |
