Scope of Work
The BioMedical Innovations Building (BMI) will help the School of Medicine to translate medical research discoveries into treatments and cures. The building will use a generic and flexible template to maximize efficient use of space and ease of renovation. The four above-grade floors will provide space for a mix of disciplines, basic and clinical research, wet and dry labs, and leading-edge translational studies.

Scope of Work
The SoM community envisions creating a new Center for Academic Medicine(CAM) provides a place for clinicians and researches to work together and promotes the collaborative, intellectual, and scientific activity influencing human health today and into the future. The building is expected to house a number of faculty providing patient care at our ambulatory facilities and associated clinical research activities (dry research), and associated staff.

Scope of Work
Renovation of the 3rd floor space that was damaged by a fire. The lab and office spaces are to be reconstructed and brought up to current code. The scope of work includes constructing a rated corridor, upgrading new HVAC, plumbing and electrical, framing new walls and doors, installation of new casework, installation of new flooring, patch and paint.

Scope of Work
It is ideally suited to remain as a classroom, office and office support facility and could be renovated to accommodate many more occupants than it currently does. This would be possible due to the interior walls being non- load bearing. Most of the interior could be demolished and rebuilt in a new configuration reflecting current office planning approaches and the current School of Medicine space standards. Major building components such as the elevator and restroom core would remain in place as would the roof top mechanical equipment.

Scope of Work
The Stanford Redwood City campus will be located on the site of the former Mid-Point Technology Park across from the Stanford Medicine Outpatient Center off Highway 101. The 35-acre site is five miles from the main campus. The campus is currently under construction and will be developed in phases over time based on the ongoing needs of the university. The first phase is targeted to be completed by early 2019.

The conference rooms (M015A and M015C) at Alway need to be optimized to allow for more flexibility and space for staff. Scope includes replacing existing furniture with more durable and versatile furniture.
