How can we help you today?
The Project and Construction Management department provides leadership and expertise to manage capital, strategic, and departmental funded projects of all types, small or large, from design through to construction and delivery phases for both new construction and renovations. We assume the role of liaison between the School of Medicine department sponsoring the project and the rest of the project team architects, engineers, furniture vendors, move coordinators, internal Stanford services, and building contractors.

At the completion of each project, the project manager works to successfully transition the project ownership to Facility Operations for ongoing support and maintenance.
