About Us

Our mission: To anticipate and plan innovative, sustainable, and world-class facilities that accommodate the current and future needs of the SoM. We maintain accurate information about SoM space usage, evaluate the effective use of SoM existing space assets, and use data analysis to develop short and long-term space solutions, and facilitate the SoM Space Committee’s space policies and future plans.

Our mission: To deliver well-designed, cost-effective, and timely facilities that enable research, education, and clinical excellence. We turn space concepts into reality in an efficient, inclusive, and successful process. Key goals include strengthening the process improvement, programming, design, construction, and activation processes to deliver spaces that meet and exceed the needs of future residents.

Our mission: To optimize facilities through operational reliability and innovative technology while reducing resource consumption. We ensure that on and off campus facilities have high quality, customer-focused, and timely services. We also do long-term planning to ensure facility operational continuity. Lastly, we use emerging technologies and other mechanisms to reduce energy and resource use.

Our mission: To provide resources and guidance to leadership, faculty, staff, and students across the spectrum of health and safety areas. We focus on school-wide emergency preparedness planning, compliance innovation, and help in developing and ensuring a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment. To do so, we must be current on advances in medical research and communicate changes to local, state, and federal regulations.

Our mission: To provide exceptional stewardship of facilities and operations through collaborative, transparent, and effective leadership and administration. We value internal and external communication, process improvement, organizational effectiveness, transparency, customer service, expertise, and quality. We are also stewards of the School’s financial, capital, spatial, and physical resources.

Our mission: Our team delivers a sense of “place” to SoM employees as they transition to new facilities across our various locations, ensuring a smooth experience through transparency, open communication, and active listening. We strive to provide a sense of community to the SoM population working in Stanford Research Park (SRP) by providing excellent facilities and amenities; making SRP an attractive place to work; and supporting opportunities for connection between SRP colleagues and those on the main campus.
