Schedule a Meeting with Your Academic Advisor

To schedule an advising meeting, please click on your assigned advising dean below and follow the instructions that come up. It's fast and easy! In addition to general advice students may solicit from their advisor, specific advising topics and key times that we recommend students to meet with their advisor are listed below. Before scheduling an advising meeting, please review the corresponding questionnaire and agenda items. In the online scheduling form, please attached the completed questionnaire and an updated CV. For any questions or technical difficulties, please contact Advising Manager Ray Jackman at (650) 724-9622 or rayj@stanford.edu

Your primary advisor will typically know you best, develop a longitudinal understanding of your interests and development in medical school, and be able to advise you on academic and career issues. However, each advisor has a different area of expertise, please contact Ray Jackman if you would like to schedule a meeting with another advisor.
