MCP Community Collective
Mission
In the Collective, we are working toward a vision of better science through inclusive excellence. We celebrate the rich perspectives of our community of scholars (students, postdocs, staff, and faculty), and we collectively promote respectful discussions and resist discriminatory behaviors. Our actions reflect our deep commitment to our intellectual community.
Membership
The current Collective has 29 members, including graduate students, postdoctoral scholars, research and administrative staff, and faculty. New Collective members are recruited annually and each member serves a minimum 2-year term. All department members are eligible and encouraged to serve on the Collective.
