Pilot/New Ideas Awards
“I am extremely grateful to the MCHRI for the Pilot Grant support that has allowed us to pursue a new direction in my lab in reproductive health. Thanks to this funding, we have been able to develop a new organoid culture model of the uterine lining or endometrium to pursue our goal of better understanding maternal-embryo interactions during implantation. This will provide important insights into a period of pregnancy that is otherwise difficult to study."
