Pager’s tech-enabled services solution stitches together the fragmentation and friction in healthcare by providing omni-channel engagement, navigation and a connected care experience, serving over 26 million people across the United States and Latin America.

• Co-Head of Healthcare at The Carlyle Group, a multinational private equity, alternative asset management and financial services corporation, which grew from $100 million to over $100 billion AUM during his 15-year tenure.

• Co-Founder and General Partner of Three Fields Capital, a multi-family office investing in healthcare growth equity and venture capital opportunities, managing $1.3 billion in AUM.

• Healthcare Portfolio Manager at SAC Capital, managing a hybrid public-private strategy in healthcare and investing out of the CR Intrinsic Fund with over $6 billion in AUM.

• M&A Financial Analyst at Salomon Brothers in the Investment Banking Division.

Walter is a graduate of Harvard University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, magna cum laude, and a minor in Applied Mathematics.
