Polly Israni is a seasoned marketing executive with over 17 years of experience driving innovation and growth in the HealthTech sector. As a Computer Scientist turned Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Polly brings a cross-disciplinary perspective to her work. Her penchant for problem solving and analytical rigor have been central to how she has shaped marketing strategies at companies such as Google, Salesforce, McKesson, and Evidation. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of CoverMyMeds, a McKesson company, Polly led a major marketing transformation on the heels of market shifts, M&A activity, and the COVID-19 pandemic.
As the Founder of PulseSync LLC, Polly now advises health technology companies on go-to-market strategies, with a focus on the transformative role of AI in healthcare. Her expertise includes product marketing, sales enablement, executive communications, and marketing strategy. She is also deeply committed to supporting healthtech entrepreneurs, particularly those focused on addressing healthcare inequities and minority-owned startups.
Polly has served on the HIMSS Global Health Equity Network Advisory Task Force and has been an active mentor and advisor for over a decade, helping early-stage companies, especially in emerging markets, navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape.
Polly earned her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Cornell University. Outside of her professional endeavors, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors – kayaking, group hiking, and trail biking.
