Dr. Moskovic is a Partner with McKinsey’s Healthcare Systems & Services practice and has been with the Firm for over 9 years. Daniel leads the Firm’s client service in health system external spend management and healthcare services with an emphasis on strategy and operations for supply chain intermediaries and healthcare real estate owners/operators. Daniel founded McKinsey’s Provider Performance Improvements advanced analytics team, now with 30 consultants delivering advanced analytics and expert-based consulting to McKinsey’s clients.

Daniel speaks around the world on health system operations with emphasis on the evolving healthcare supply chain and has published various articles on health system external spend management topics such as medical equipment optimization, pharmacy and design and construction optimization.

Lead strategy agenda across medical distribution and GPO clients with an emphasis on core growth, adjacency entry and value proposition refinement.

Supported several physician management groups, clinical services players, seniors housing owner and healthcare services providers on strategy and operations effectiveness.
