Pedram Mokrian, PhD

Pedram’s career has been focused on architecting innovation – helping shape the application of digital technologies and new business models to help transform industries. He is the co-founder and CEO of Innovera.ai, a technology firm helping global companies develop and manage innovation investments and initiatives. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University where he teaches and advises entrepreneurs and global 1000 companies alike on the topics of entrepreneurship, technology innovation strategy, and new venture development. He was previously a Principal at Mayfield, one of Silicon Valley’s most storied venture capital firms, where he was part of the investment team with nearly $4B assets under management. He serves as a mentor or advisor to a number of start-ups, investment groups, and innovation incubators, including the Texas Medical Center Innovation Center, UNICEF, The National Science Foundation, 500 Startups, Innovation Labs. He has served on the External Advisory Boards of Phillips66, Moog, MISO, and was an advisor to GE Ventures, and EY’s Global Innovation Team.
