Aly serves as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Co-founder of Neosoma, Inc., a Groton, MA-based
healthtech startup dedicated to transforming brain cancer care with cutting-edge AI algorithms and a clinical management platform. The company, co-founded with serial entrepreneur and SaaS expert Ken Kolodziej, specializes in developing and commercializing AI-driven solutions for streamlining, objectifying, and standardizing various aspects of brain cancer care, particularly through advanced MRI analysis.
Neosoma's first FDA-cleared AI technology, a groundbreaking tool for post-operative analysis, surpasses individual radiologists in accuracy, matching the consensus of three neuroradiologists with a remarkable 95.5% accuracy rate. This technology is also 98% faster in its analysis, making it the only FDA-approved AI of its kind across all medical specialties.

Crystal Tin-Tin Chang
Crystal Chang is passionate about the intersection of Big Data, Big Tech, and Big Medicine —
in other words, how we can harness the resources of existing technology companies and computer science experts to improve health for everyone everywhere. Born and raised in Southern California, Crystal’s entrepreneurial streak began in high school, when she first started and grew chapters of Health Occupations Students of America, a national organization that helps premedical students learn more about the medical field. She graduated from MIT in 2020 with a B.S. in Biology, but also acquired informal “degrees” in performing arts (including a stint at one of China’s top acting academies, writing a play that was read by professional actors, coordinating hip-hop dances, and singing in acapella groups), foreign languages, and surviving the cold. At MIT, she was proudest of envisioning and starting Actlingual, an organization that bridges the gap in health outcomes for non-native English speakers through training volunteers as professional medical interpreters, teaching health education classes, and helping older immigrants through the naturalization process; it is now in its seventh year of operation. Crystal is currently on leave from medical school at the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine, where, as a member of the inaugural class, she continued to advocate for populations facing health disparities through her roles on the executive boards of the student-run free clinic, the Class of 2024 student council, and the Dermatology Interest Group. Her research interests are in ensuring diversity and equity with regards to machine learning and artificial intelligence in healthcare, creation of a “basic curriculum” in computer science and technology for medical students and clinicians, promoting technology adoption in the clinical space, and supporting creative new thinkers with game-changing ideas in technology and medicine. Crystal hopes to work in academic medicine as a clinician, educator, and researcher who collaborates across disciplines; she is also excited to learn about innovation led by medical consultants at tech companies. She is looking forward to her first stint in the Bay Area, as well as reuniting with all her college tech employee friends.
